Kevin Huver is a professional photographer with extensive experience across various roles in the photography industry. Currently, Kevin serves as the Manager of Photography for the Disc Golf Pro Tour and operates Kevin Huver Photography, providing services to businesses and individuals since December 2015. Additional roles include freelance photography for the Professional Disc Golf Association and multiple positions within IATSE Local 600, where Kevin has worked as a unit still photographer, 2nd assistant camera, and film loader since 2004. Kevin has contributed to Women's LifeStyle Magazine, Inc. as a portrait photographer, collaborating closely with the editorial team. In addition to photography, Kevin is committed to community service as an education volunteer at Boys & Girls Club and a volunteer photographer for various events. Other notable projects include work with Grand Rapids Ballet, Orion Construction, and Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Photographic and Film/Video Technology from Full Sail University.
Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park
One of the world’s most significant botanic and sculpture experiences, Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park serves more than 750,000 visitors annually. The 158-acre grounds feature Michigan’s largest tropical conservatory; one of the largest children’s gardens in the country; arid and Victorian gardens with bronze sculptures by Degas and Rodin; a carnivorous plant house; outdoor gardens; and a 1900-seat outdoor amphitheater, featuring an eclectic mix of world-renowned musicians every summer. The internationally acclaimed Sculpture Park features a permanent collection including works by Ai Weiwei, Kapoor, Rodin, Oldenburg, Moore, Bourgeois and Plensa, among others. Indoor galleries host changing sculpture exhibitions with recent exhibitions by Picasso, Degas, di Suvero, Borofsky, Calder and Dine.
