Erin Mroczka

Interim AVP For Retention And Academic Success at Fredonia

Erin Mroczka has extensive experience in higher education, currently serving as the Interim AVP for Retention and Academic Success and previously as the Director of First-Year and Transition Programs at the State University of New York at Fredonia since July 1998. In these roles, Erin champions initiatives for new students, focusing on mapping experiences and learning outcomes to support their success during the transition to college. Prior to this, Erin held positions as Associate Director and Assistant Director of Campus Life at the same university, and worked as a Development Assistant at Shea's Performing Arts Center from February 1997 to June 1998. Erin earned a Master of Science in Creativity & Change Leadership from Buffalo State University between 2008 and 2010 and a Bachelor of Science in Arts Administration from the State University of New York at Fredonia from 1993 to 1997.
