Eli “Jake” Wagar-Kustermann is an experienced professional in content development and education with a diverse background in writing, data collection, and teaching. Currently serving at Fredrickson Learning since January 2022, Wagar-Kustermann previously worked as a Data Scan Field Representative at IRI, where responsibilities included autonomous data collection and training. Additional roles include a Technical Writer at McMurrey Associates, authoring a science fiction novel and accompanying story, and teaching Language Arts at institutions such as Kang Chiao International School and AmerAsian School of Okinawa. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Metro State University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Audio Production & Engineering from the Institute of Production and Recording.
