Mary Thomson Wollan M.ed

Mary Katherine Bauer M.Ed possesses extensive experience in instructional design, learning management systems, and technical training. Currently a contractor at Fredrickson Learning and serving as an instructional designer and developer at Optum since September 2018, Mary has previously held roles such as Technical Lead for 3M's Content Migration project, where course files were transferred from one learning platform to another. Mary has also worked at Hennepin County Medical Center as a Learning Management System Administrator/Supervisor and as an internal consultant, instructional designer, and trainer. In addition, Mary has served as a college instructor at Rasmussen College, specializing in Microsoft Office Applications. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business and Industry Education from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from St. Cloud State University. Mary is certified as a SCRUM Master.
