Angelica King, MA has a diverse work experience that spans various leadership roles in IT and organizational change management.

Angelica currently serves as the Director of IT at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A., where they lead teams in providing IT client services and is responsible for team leadership, project management, budget management, strategic planning, process improvement, and organizational change management.

Prior to their current role, Angelica was a Senior Leader of Organizational Change Management at Northern Tool + Equipment, where they led a team in driving the adoption of strategic changes through change strategies, training programs, and communications.

Angelica also held the position of Director of Information Technology at UNFI, where they focused on operational effectiveness and process optimization through leading operational teams and driving integration activities. Angelica designed and implemented change management strategies and plans for two integration projects.

Before UNFI, Angelica worked at SUPERVALU as the Director of Service Operations, where they led the transformation of IT through software implementation and improved the performance of the external Service Desk vendor.

Angelica's work experience also includes roles as an Organizational Change Consultant at St. Jude Medical (Abbott), where they advised on change management and implemented change actions, and as a Process Integration & Governance and Change Leader at Cargill, where they led process management and organizational change initiatives for the global organization.

In addition to their professional roles, Angelica has also contributed as a Volunteer Leader for itSMF USA, where they served on the Fusion Convention Committee and as a leader of the itSMF Minnesota Local Interest Group.

In 2010, they became an ITIL Expert certified by APM Group. In 2011, they obtained the priSM Distinguished Professional certification from The priSM Institute. Finally, in 2014, Angelica received the Change Management Professional certification from Prosci.
