Ruth Grubbs

Ruth Grubbs has extensive experience in accounts payable and management, currently serving as an Accounts Payable Specialist at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. since June 2023. Prior to this role, Ruth held positions as an Accounts Payable Clerk at D'amico Holding Company from September 2017 to January 2023 and as a Manager/Event Planner at Cafe and Bar Lurcat from June 2011 to September 2017. Ruth also served as Assistant General Manager (AGM) at Edina Grill for one year and was an AGM at Longfellow Grill from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, Ruth was a General Manager (GM) at D'Amico and Sons from September 2000 to May 2005. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Art History from the University of St. Thomas, completed between 1991 and 1996.
