Mhairi McDonald

Mhairi McDonald has had a varied work experience since 2010. Mhairi began their career as a Sales Assistant at Fossil Group, Inc. in 2010. In 2015, they took on the role of Hostess/ Bartender at The WORKS Gourmet Burger Bistro. In 2016, they worked as a Spa Welcome Partner at Brookstreet Hotel and as a Bartender/ Hostess at Bella Italia. In 2017, they worked at FREDsense Technologies as Project Manager, Laboratory Manager & Research Scientist, and Research Scientist. Mhairi also worked as a Microbiology Laboratory Technician at IEH Laboratories and Consulting Group, where they were responsible for organizing and preparing food samples for microbiological testing.

Mhairi McDonald attended Heriot-Watt University from 2011 to 2016, earning a Bachelor of Science with Honours (BSc (Hons)) in Chemistry with Pharmaceutical Chemistry in 2015, followed by a Master of Science (MSc) in Biotechnology in 2016.
