Katie Kilbourne

Katie Kilbourne is the current Talent Operations at Free Agency. Prior to that, they were the Education Program Manager at Apolish from July 2018 to November 2019. There, they recruited, managed, trained, and oversaw payroll for 21 remote employees. Katie also designed and conceptualized a new department that manages all 16 full-time consultants to enhance utilization rate, directly reporting to the CEO.

Before their work at Apolish, Katie was the Policy and Data Analytics Intern at Georgia House Democratic Caucus from June 2017 to August 2017. And before that, they were the Editor-in-Chief at IvyUntold from January 2017 to May 2018. At IvyUntold, Katie was the lead editor for the first online journal dedicated to sharing the stories of minorities at Cornell.

Katie Kilbourne graduated from Dunwoody High School before completing their undergraduate degree at Cornell University in English. Katie then went on to study at Universidad de Córdoba.
