Martha Turner Tellez

Martha Turner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in language services and community engagement. As Co-Founder of liveandtravel.org since November 2018, Martha promotes cultural and educational travel to Central and South America. Concurrently, Martha serves as a Spanish Interpreter for Free Chapel and has been a Freelance Spanish Language Translator and Interpreter since 1990, catering to various industries including global business and medical services. Martha's tenure at Southern Company as a Support Specialist involved translating marketing materials and participating in video productions. Prior experience includes community volunteering with the Latin American Association, coordinating Latin American adoptions, and assisting the Embassy of the United States in economic research. Martha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Romance Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics from Universidad de Los Andes.
