Kim Mathis

Kim Mathis has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kim started their career at Liberty Mutual, Fireman's Fund, St.Paul/Travelers, where they worked in underwriting, evaluating risk, determining coverage terms, and managing agency relationships. Kim then worked as an Account Manager at Salsbury & Associates Insurance Services, Inc. for nearly a decade. In 2015, they joined Triton Risk Management as a Loss Control Specialist, conducting on-site visits and preparing reports for insurance companies. In 2012, they founded their own company, Mathis Engineering Group, where they served as a Principal. Currently, Kim is the Chief Financial Officer at Free Flow Medical, Inc., overseeing financial, insurance, and HR matters for the company. Kim'sexperience also includes achieving significant certifications for the company's medical device in the pulmonary space.

Kim Mathis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Trinity University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Associate in Risk Management from RIMS (Risk and Insurance Management Society, Inc.) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter from The Institutes.
