Rich Bouwer

CEO at Free Flow Wines

Rich Bouwer has over 35 years of work experience in various industries. In 1985, they began their career as a Technology Analyst at Morgan Stanley. Five years later, they joined E. & J. Gallo Winery as Director of Supply Chain in 1990. In 2000, they transitioned to BERINGER BLASS WINE ESTATES LIMITED as VP of Winery Operations. In 2006, they were appointed General Manager at Saxco International LLC. Most recently, in 2018, they became the CEO of Free Flow Wines, leading the transition to sustainable wine packaging and providing the means to deliver better quality wine to consumers using sustainable and more economical packaging.

Rich Bouwer received their Master of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management between 1988 and 1990. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from University of California, Berkeley between 1981 and 1984.
