Statewide Organizer at Free Hearts

Jada X is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in advocacy, community organizing, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Statewide Organizer at Free Hearts since May 2021, Jada focuses on driving change in the criminal, social, and racial justice reform sectors. As a Leader/Trainer at JL Community Solutions, LLC, since April 2017, Jada supports non-profits and businesses by securing funding, developing business infrastructure, and providing remote administrative assistance. Jada has also worked as a Restorative Justice Practitioner and Program Director at the Raphah Institute, and held various roles in talent acquisition at FedEx Services, TruGreen, and Allegis Global Solutions. Jada holds a Master of Science in Public Service Management from Cumberland University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
