Brian Sidone, PharmD

Brian Sidone, PharmD has a diverse range of experiences in the pharmaceutical industry. Brian started their career as a Pharmacist at CVS Pharmacy from October 2009 to August 2011. Brian then founded Pharm Phocus in November 2013 and served as the Founder until March 2019. In 2016, they became the Residency Program Director for the PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Residency at Mainline Pharmacy/Duquesne University, a role they held until March 2019. From July 2017 to March 2019, Brian also served as the Residency Program Site Coordinator for the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy PGY-1 IPOR Residency Program at Mainline Pharmacy. Brian then joined Mainline Pharmacy as the Partner and Director of Pharmacy in November 2011, leaving the company in April 2019. Brian worked as a Pharmacy Business Consultant at Highmark Inc. from April 2019 to March 2020. Brian then joined ProspHire as a Specialist Master from March 2020 to April 2021. Currently, they are the VP of Customer Success and Network Strategy at Free Market Health, a role they started in May 2021.

Brian Sidone holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from Duquesne University. Additionally, they have earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Healthcare from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School. Brian also possesses a Graduate Certificate in Leadership from the Jack Welch Management Institute. Prior to their higher education, they attended Central Cambria High School and Richland High School, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study.
