Berkay Guzey

Berkay Guzey is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in growth marketing and digital strategies. Currently serving as Head of Growth Marketing at FREENOW since April 2021, Berkay leads the growth marketing team focused on acquisition and lifecycle marketing, driving initiatives such as B2B SaaS website launch and SEO strategy implementation. Previous roles at FREENOW included Global Senior Growth Marketing Manager and Global Lead Generation Manager, where Berkay developed comprehensive marketing models and reshaped strategies across European markets. Prior to FREENOW, Berkay held various marketing roles at 3M, contributing to integrated marketing programs in the EMEA region, and began a career in product management and digital marketing at TP Vision Turkey. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Istanbul Bilgi University and a Bachelor's degree from Boğaziçi University.
