Elsa Preci

Elsa Preci is an IT Technical Support Specialist at FREENOW since March 2022, providing support for teams in Germany and across Europe by responding to helpdesk requests. Prior experience includes roles as IT Service Desk & Junior Information Security Officer at GOVECS GROUP, where responsibilities involved supporting internal customers and establishing documentation standards, and as IT Help Desk at Blueberry's Production, focusing on monitoring and resolving IT issues. Elsa also gained experience as a Junior Database Administrator at the Ministry of Finance and Economy in Albania, handling user and tablespace management, and as a Web Design & Content Manager at Syntech Group, creating engaging landing pages. Elsa holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Tirana, completed in October 2021.
