Alisha Wang Saville

Alisha Wang Saville (王卿卿) currently serves as the News Voices Program Manager at Free Press, a position held since May 2021. Prior to this role, Alisha was with the Agora Journalism Center as Gather Community Manager and Project Manager from October 2018 to May 2021, and previously wrote for The Corvallis Advocate. Alisha's extensive experience includes serving as Strategic Engagement & Evaluation Manager at California Newsreel, where responsibilities included expanding partner networks and conducting evaluations of program impact. Earlier roles include Community Organizing Associate at Asian Americans Advancing Justice | Chicago and Program Associate at Free Spirit Media. Alisha holds a Master’s degree in Multimedia Journalism from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor’s degree with Honors in Sociology from Grinnell College.
