Christopher Scholz

CEO at Free Range Games

Christopher Scholz has a varied work experience in the gaming industry. Christopher started their career as a Designer at Crystal Dynamics in 1995 and worked there until 1997. Following this, they co-founded Shaba Games in 1997 and held the role of Co-Founder until 2002. In the same year, they became the President/Studio Head at Shaba Games and held this position until 2009. From 2002 to 2010, they also served as the studio head of Shaba games at Activision. In 2010, they became the CEO of Free Range Games, where they continue to work. In 2018, they also took on the role of CEO at FreeRangeXR.

Christopher Scholz attended the University of Oregon from 1988 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English.
