Mikhail Baryshev

Mikhail Baryshev has a diverse work experience that includes roles in software engineering and teaching. Mikhail is currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer at Free Range Games since May 2019. Prior to this, they worked at NCSOFT from December 2015 to April 2019, where they held the positions of Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. In addition, Mikhail has also worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at The University of British Columbia, where they taught courses on computer systems and programming.

Mikhail Baryshev pursued their education in a chronological manner. Mikhail first attended Krasnoyarsk Gimnasia #1 Univers from 2008 to 2010, where they completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). Following this, they studied at The University of British Columbia from 2010 to 2014, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Computer Science and Economics. Ultimately, they enrolled at the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2014 to 2015, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Games + Playable Media.
