Tom Hurst

Tom Hurst is an experienced professional in acquisition and growth partnerships, currently serving as the Head of Acquisition at Free Soul since October 2024. Prior to this role, Tom held similar positions at Craft Gin Club and Pact Coffee, where responsibilities included developing strategic partnerships and driving growth. Earlier experience includes senior account management roles at Fabrick and The Specialist Works, alongside a progression through various account management positions. Tom began a career in retail with HUGO BOSS, advancing from Department Specialist to Assistant Store Manager. Tom Hurst holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Sunderland and is certified as a Mental Health First Aid Champion by MHFA England.
