Romcy Madronio

Romecito Jr Madronio is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, leadership, and advocacy, currently serving as the Regional Manager for Southeast Asia at Free the Slaves since February 2021. Madronio has been actively involved in various initiatives, including participation in the Counter Trafficking Network Vietnam and Alliance 8. Previously, Madronio worked as an IELTS Instructor at IvyPrep Education, a Research Consultant for the Global Network of Women Peacebuilders, and held multiple roles at Ayala Corporation and Ayala Foundation, focusing on community empowerment and leadership development. Notably, Madronio has a background in education, having earned a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education from Xavier University and a certificate in Global Environmental Studies from the East-West Center.
