Free Wheelchair Mission
Jennifer Wong currently serves as the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at Free Wheelchair Mission, a position held since October 2023, after transitioning from an Evaluation Consultant role at the same organization. Previously, Jennifer gained experience as a Design, Monitoring & Evaluation Intern at the U.S. Department of State and worked multiple roles at Free Wheelchair Mission, including a prior tenure as Monitoring and Evaluation Manager. Additional experience includes being a Program Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation Fellow at International Justice Mission, a Research Associate at Hanover Research, and a Student Research Analyst at Biola University. Educational qualifications include a Master of Global Policy Studies from The LBJ School of Public Affairs, an M.A. in Intercultural Studies from Biola University, and dual B.A. degrees in Sociology and International Studies from UC Irvine.

In collaboration with a network of like-minded partners, Free Wheelchair Mission has distributed more than one million wheelchairs to those in need in 93 countries around the world, providing renewed dignity, independence, and hope through the gift of mobility, at no cost to the recipient. Free Wheelchair Mission is currently on a mission to provide their next million wheelchairs by 2025.
