Miguel Palomera

Miguel Palomera's work experience includes working at FreeAgent Software as an Infrastructure Team Lead and a Developer IV - Team Lead. Miguel also worked at Tecnológico de Monterrey as an Adjunct Professor, teaching courses on operating systems and advanced programming. Miguel worked at Oracle as a System Integrator, where they were responsible for release management and application development. Miguel also worked as a Senior IT Consultant at Oracle, providing support for Value Chain Planning and developing internal tools. Miguel was a PhD candidate at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and completed an internship at Microsoft Research. Miguel also worked as a gsoc Intern at Google Summer of Code 2009.

Miguel Palomera earned a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where they studied from 2003 to 2005. Miguel further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a PhD in Computer Science from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, Miguel Palomera also obtained a certification in Back End Development and APIs from freeCodeCamp in December 2021.
