Emily Coltman Fca (M)

Emily "M" Coltman FCA has worked in various roles throughout their career. Emily "M" started their career as a Trainee Accountant at Whitbread plc in 1998 and then joined Cannon Moorcroft Ltd in 2000 as an Accounts Senior. During their time at Cannon Moorcroft Ltd, they specialized in preparing small business accounts and tax returns, and later became Sage accredited. In 2007, Emily joined Ask M Ltd as a Director, where they initially planned to help accountants and their clients choose the right accounts/bookkeeping software. However, they later shifted their focus to making videos and was taken on full-time by a customer in October 2007. In 2007, they also worked at More Software Ltd as an Accounts Software Trainer. In 2009, Emily joined FreeAgent Central Ltd as the Chief Accountant, where they provided support, guidance, and created bespoke screen-capture videos for training, sales, and marketing.

Emily "M" Coltman FCA started their education at Queen Margaret's School in Escrick, York, from 1989 to 1995. During this time, they achieved 4 A-levels and 10 GCSEs, all at grade A. Following their time at Queen Margaret's School, Emily attended the University of Cambridge from 1995 to 1998. Emily "M" obtained an MA degree in Music during their time at Cambridge.

Additionally, Emily Coltman obtained the Chartered Accountant certification from the ICAEW in July 2003.
