Michelle McLaughlin has a diverse work experience in graphic design and branding. Michelle started their career as an intern at Aloft Group in 2010, where they worked on advertisements and products for various clients. Michelle then worked as a brand identity manager at Casa Couture in 2012, creating print and web designs and photographing shoes for the company. In the same year, they also worked as a graphic designer at Stran Beverage, specializing in merchandising for beverage companies. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a graphic designer at Meat House Franchising LLC, assisting with visual communication and creating marketing materials. Michelle then joined Great East Butcher Co. in 2014 as a graphic designer. Michelle's most recent role was as a brand manager at Gemr, Inc. from 2014 to 2017, where they built connections among brand enthusiasts and developed proprietary tools for the community. Currently, they work at FREEBIRD Stores, Inc. as a graphic designer and branding manager, leading a design team and creating artful footwear.

Michelle McLaughlin attended Exeter High School from 2003 to 2007, where they did not pursue a degree or specialize in any specific field of study. After high school, they went on to study at Keene State College from 2007 to 2011. During their time at Keene State College, Michelle obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus in Graphic Design.
