Diane Louie

Diane Louie is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in project management and operational strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as a Consultant at Freed Associates since November 2015, Diane previously worked at UC Berkeley from August 2013 to August 2015, managing the implementation and stabilization of Oracle Hyperion Public Sector Planning software.
