Nina Mims

Nina Mims has extensive experience in property management and administrative roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Purchase Assistant at Freed-Hardeman University since March 2022, Nina previously held multiple property management positions, including at The Point at Ridge Cove and Beztak. Nina's earlier career includes roles such as Assistant Property Manager at North Ridge Apartment Community and Mother’s Day Out Owner at Busy Little Owls. In addition to property management, Nina worked in sales and marketing for Lone Oak Woodcrafts, specializing in custom-built furniture. Nina's educational background includes a high school diploma from Antioch High School and certifications in leasing and marketing from RAM Partners and the Nashville Apartment Association.
