Jack Sieber

Jack Sieber is the Director in Charge of Freed Maxick’s Strategy and Performance Improvement practice. Jack has over 30 years experience and an extensive background with healthcare providers and payors. He focuses on delivering high-value consulting related to strategy, performance improvement and business transformation of healthcare organizations to achieve results.

Most recently, Jack was CFO and Executive VP of Corporate Functions at a for-profit healthcare company. He also previously worked for Roswell Park as AVP of Finance, and Excellus Health Plan as Senior Vice President Network Management. In addition, his career also includes 20 years with a Big Four firm, where he was a National leader in their Healthcare Performance Improvement practice.
