Sanath Rajapakse

Sanath Rajapakse is a Director in Freed Maxick’s Risk Advisory Services Practice. He specializes in project management, information security, IT audit, regulatory compliance and IT risk and controls assessments. Prior to joining Freed Maxick, Sanath was a Director in the Advisory Services practice of KPMG LLP.

Sanath’s experience includes serving as project manager for pre/post ERP implementation reviews, internal and external audits, enterprise information security assessments, business process redesigns, business continuity planning, attestation services, IT governance and strategy development, and risk and controls assessments. Sanath served as the acting Director of Risk Management at a $2.5B health plan for two years, developing a risk assessment methodology and the first raft of the plan’s ORSA report.
