Abhiraj Rawat

Abhiraj Rawat has over 20 years of work experience. Abhiraj began their career in 1998 as a K.C at Mishra & Co, where they were responsible for book keeping and filing returns. In 2000, they joined GECIS in Gurgaon as a Process Associate for the PLCC (Private Label Credit Card) J. C. Penny collections program. In 2002, they joined Convergys India Services as a Senior Operations Manager, where they managed an LOB with 400 plus Agents, 3 Managers, 5 Sr Team Leaders and 18 Team Leaders. Abhiraj was successful in implementing analytics, change management, stabilization and re-engineering/improvement practices to improve performance for the program. In 2011, they joined Sopra Steria as a Service Delivery Leader. In 2016, they joined EXL as a Sr. Assistant Vice President. Abhiraj is currently working as the Revenue Head at FREED since 2021.

Abhiraj Rawat's education history includes a B. COM from Delhi University, a 10+2 from Laxman Public School, and a PGDM in Business Administration, Management and Operations from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Abhiraj obtained their B. COM in 1998, their 10+2 in 1994, and their PGDM in 2021.
