Mathijs Gast's work experience begins in 2017 when they joined Deloitte Nederland as a Tax Management Consulting professional. In 2017, they co-founded Ciphix, a company focused on creating an AI-powered digital workforce to automate repetitive tasks and free up human resources for more complex work. Ciphix was subsequently acquired by Mentha Capital. In 2020, Mathijs became a co-founder of Freeday.ai, a leading staffing platform for Digital Employees in Europe. The goal of Freeday.ai is to provide freedom to individuals by ensuring they have Fridays off.
