Natalia Trapl serves as the General Manager of People & Transformation at Freedom Australia, providing strategic leadership in HR planning, talent management, and employee engagement since May 2020. In addition, Natalia is the Director and Founder of Salted Oranges, focusing on aligning project and program work with corporate strategies. Previous roles include Head of Change and Transformation at Greenlit Brands, where initiatives led to measurable operational improvements, and Head of Business Projects at Steinhoff Asia Pacific, driving significant business projects and strategies. An established HR leader, Natalia has successfully executed restructuring programs and enhanced employee engagement during a tenure at Freedom Australia that began in 2007, culminating in multiple awards for excellence in learning and development.
