Kathleen Johnson

Kathleen Johnson has extensive work experience in the banking and cooperative sectors. Kathleen began their career in 2010 at the National Council of Farmer Cooperatives, where they held various roles including Administrative Assistant, Manager of Member Relations & Development, and Director of Government Affairs. In 2016, they joined Freedom Bank of Virginia and has since held multiple positions including Vice President and Marketing Director, Assistant Vice President and Marketing Director, and currently serves as the Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer.

Kathleen Johnson received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Mary Washington, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
