Victoria Loucks

Victoria Loucks has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, serving in various senior leadership roles. Victoria is currently the EVP & Head of Deposit Services - Treasury Management | Deposits | Branch Administration at Freedom Bank of Virginia since January 2022. In this role, they focus on driving strategic initiatives, developing and coaching teams, and building partner relationships to deliver client solutions that maximize operating cash and streamline electronic payments. Prior to this, Victoria served as the SVP - Head of Treasury Management at Freedom Bank of Virginia from January 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining Freedom Bank of Virginia, Victoria worked at Capital One as the Vice President - Sr. Manager - Treasury Management Sales Consultant from February 2017 to January 2020. In this role, they consulted with clients in sectors such as government contracting and non-profit to improve payment cycles, mitigate fraud, and streamline processes.

Victoria also has experience in client experience management as the Manager, Client Experience at Customer Service Experts from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, they have worked as a Strategic Consultant at Creative Victory from 2011 to 2013, where they developed marketing and sales strategies for small to mid-sized businesses.

In their earlier career, Victoria held various roles at SunTrust Bank, Sandy Spring Bank, Citibank, and M&T Bank, specializing in treasury management, sales, and relationship management for clients in the public funds, non-profit, and small government contractor sectors.

Victoria Loucks completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business, where they studied from 1980 to 1984. Victoria pursued further education in International Business at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School from 1991 to 1993, although the specific degree earned during this time is not provided.
