Norm Walters

Norm Walters has diverse work experience in various roles and industries throughout their career. Norm started their professional journey in 1984 as a Linguist in the USAF, where they served for ten years. In 1996, they transitioned to the Department of Defense as a Technical Team Lead for a three-year period. In 2000, Norm joined Baesch Computer Consulting as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing until 2004. Since 2005, they have been working at Freedom Consulting Group, LLC. and currently holds the position of President and COO.

Norm Walters obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Norm attended this institution from 1991 to 1994. Later on, from 1996 to 1999, Norm pursued a Master's degree in Software Engineering at Central Michigan University, where they earned an MSA (Master of Science in Administration).
