Octavia Fuller has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Octavia started their career at DHHC as a Human Resources/Recruiting Manager, where they managed all recruitment operations and successfully increased permanent placements. Octavia then worked at Surge Force, LLC as a Recruiting Specialist, followed by a role as a Senior Talent Implementation Specialist at ADP (via Insight Global), where they provided high-value consulting for HRO clients. Currently, Octavia is working at Freedom Consulting Group, LLC as a Technical Recruiter, where they are responsible for staffing positions on DoD and Intelligence Community programs.
