Ray Young, CDR has over 8 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment within the intelligence community. Ray has held various roles in reputable organizations such as Freedom Consulting Group, ManTech, Oracle, Jacobs, KeyW Corporation, NewWave Telecom & Technologies, Parsons Corporation, CACI International Inc, Kenjya-trusant Group, and Lockheed Martin.

In their most recent role as a Sr. Technical Intel Recruiter at Freedom Consulting Group, Ray is responsible for sourcing and recruiting highly skilled IT professionals for the intelligence community.

Prior to that, as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner at ManTech, they worked closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and developed strategic sourcing and recruitment strategies for technical and analytical professionals within the intelligence community. Ray also provided input into developing tailored talent acquisition strategies for strategic business development opportunities.

Their expertise includes full life cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, candidate screening, and qualification, as well as developing and maintaining candidate networks and pipelines.

Ray Young, CDR, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Marketing, from Bowie State University. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Diversity Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP in July 2021.
