Tyrone Ligon began their work experience in 2011 as a GIS programmer at CACI International Inc. Tyrone worked in this role from July 2011 until November 2013. Tyrone then moved on to Leidos, where they worked as a GIS Engineer from November 2013 to March 2016. After leaving Leidos, they joined Freedom Consulting Group, Inc. as a Senior GIS Developer in March 2016, where they are currently employed.
Tyrone Ligon completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Geography at the University of Maryland from 1994 to 1996. Tyrone then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Geography from the same university between 1998 and 2001.
