Liam Phin

Liam Phin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in information technology, operations management, and financial services. Currently serving as Operations Lead at the Office of Technology and Solutions Integration, Liam supports the California Department of Public Health/Women, Infants and Children (CDPH/WIC) with day-to-day operations of the WIC EBT system. As the Founder of Two Asian Dads and a Government Employee with the State of California, Liam has developed expertise in change management and user experience analysis through previous roles at the California Franchise Tax Board and Employment Development Department. Additionally, Liam holds a Vice President position at Freedom Equity Group Builders, focusing on life insurance and annuities while providing training and consulting services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science in Interactive Media Design from The Art Institutes.
