Richard Nyles

Richard Nyles has a diverse work experience in various roles. Richard worked as a Senior Level Production Supervisor at Veridiam from 1998 to 2014. In 2014, they co-founded EAP Insurance Services, where they served as a Co Owner until March 2022. At EAP Insurance Services, they focused on helping clients protect their wealth and selling guaranteed products. From July 2014, Richard also worked as an Insurance Agent at Freedom Equity Group, LLC. Later, in November 2017, they took on the role of Director of Financial Operations at the same company. As the Director, they managed day-to-day financial operations and oversaw a commissions team responsible for processing large amounts of data and ensuring timely payment to agents.

Richard Nyles attended Palomar College from 1994 to 1995, studying Organizational Leadership without obtaining a degree.
