Tyler Tysdal has over 25 years of experience in the investment industry. Tyler began their career in 1993 as a Financial Analyst in Investment Banking at Alex. Brown & Sons. Tyler then founded Tysdal Management Company and later Tivis Ventures in 1997, a single family-office and private investment company for alternative asset investments and an incubator for various entrepreneurial ventures. In 2005, they became an Investor in private equity, venture capital and real estate at Alternative Asset Investments, as well as Owner of Platte Management, a single family office. Tyler also joined the Board of Directors at Leesa Sleep in 2015. In 2019, Tyler became the Managing Director of Freedom Factory, a business broker helping entrepreneurs sell their businesses for maximum value. Throughout their career, Tyler has managed or co-managed approximately $1.7 billion in assets for ultra-wealthy families.
Tyler Tysdal attended Harvard Business School from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Prior to that, they attended Georgetown University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a BS-Business Administration in Finance.
