Janis Motichka

Janis Motichka, CPA has over 20 years of experience in the credit union industry. Janis is currently the VP/Controller at Freedom Federal Credit Union, where they are responsible for strategic planning, regulatory reporting, managing investment portfolios, accounting systems, budgeting, financial analysis, profitability enhancement, and regulatory reporting. Janis has a proven track record of reaching goals, developing staff, and implementing operational efficiencies. Prior to their current role, they worked as the Controller at Securityplus FCU for 19 years and as a Manager at Rowles & Company, LLP for 9 years.

Janis Motichka, CPA, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland. Janis completed their studies between the years 1985 and 1989.
