Kyle Smith

Kyle Smith is an experienced telecommunications engineer with a diverse background in managing and supporting telecommunication systems across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Telecommunications Engineer at Freedom Financial Network since April 2018, Kyle provides Level 3 engineering support for contact center issues and collaborates with business units to design and implement necessary changes to IVR, ACD, CTI, and ASR call flows.
