Nidhi Kadam Ph.D. is an accomplished researcher with extensive experience in academic research, data analysis, and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Research and formerly as Research Manager at Freedom from Diabetes since August 2020, Nidhi has demonstrated proficiency in statistical analysis, manuscript writing, and team management. Prior roles include Freelance Medical Editor at Cactus Communications and Consultant at Research Independent Company. Nidhi's background includes significant contributions as a Research Scientist in Public Health at Hirabai Cowasji Jehangir Medical Research Institute, where projects were independently managed under the women scientist scheme of the Government of India. With a Doctorate in Biometry and Nutrition from Savitribai Phule Pune University, complemented by various degrees in Health Administration and Microbiology, Nidhi brings a strong educational foundation to the field.
