Austin Duckwiler

Austin Duckwiler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Austin started their career as an intern at the State of Tennessee's Edison Group in 2019. In 2020, they joined Inter-Op Inc. as a Senior Helpdesk Manager, where they managed various tasks such as Active Directory management, access management, and printer monitoring. Prior to that, Austin worked in the US Army for 25 years, primarily as an Information Systems Manager. In this role, they were responsible for server maintenance, Active Directory management, and DHCP administration. Currently, they are working at Freedom Learning Group as a Content Author, contributing to various projects.

Austin Duckwiler earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from St. Ambrose University, which they attended from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. In September 2017, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional. In May 2014, they obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from ITIL Certified. During the same month and year, they also obtained the COMPTIA Network + and COMPTIA Security + certifications from CompTIA. In August 2015, they obtained the CISSP certification from (ISC)².
