M.D. Shariful Islam

Md Shariful Islam is an experienced Data Scientist and Big Data Engineer currently at Freedom Mobile since November 2016, managing extensive datasets for over 1 million subscribers using technologies such as SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Hadoop. Prior to this role, Md Shariful Islam worked at Grameenphone Ltd (a business unit of Telenor, Norway) from December 2006 to June 2016, holding various positions including Network Quality Specialist and Senior Lead Engineer in Service Assurance & Security, where a focus was placed on core network performance monitoring and KPI establishment. Additional experience includes roles at Thakral Information Systems as a System Engineer. Md Shariful Islam holds a Master of Science in Data Science & Analytics from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology.
