Aja Daye is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications, training, and event management. Currently serving as Manager of Servicing Communications at Freedom Mortgage, Aja has successfully improved email strategies to enhance customer onboarding, achieving a 30% increase in engagement and attracting over 20,000 new app subscribers.
