Austin Ross

Austin Ross has extensive experience in the mortgage and franchising sectors, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Campaign Management and Centralized Operations at Freedom Mortgage since August 2015. Ross has held various vice presidential roles within the company, focusing on centralized operations, retention marketing, and portfolio sales and analytics. Prior to Freedom Mortgage, Ross worked at American Driveline Systems, Inc. from 2009 to August 2015, where responsibilities included managing revenue assurance and business analytics, significantly increasing audit revenue, and enhancing data integrity through process improvements. Earlier roles at Maaco Enterprises and Passion For Fitness involved auditing franchises, managing financial documentation, and executing marketing strategies. Ross holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Villanova University.
