Christa Adkins

Christa Adkins currently serves as Vice President and Chief of Staff at Freedom Mortgage since May 2024. Prior to this role, Christa held the position of Executive Director at YPO from January 2013 to January 2024, where responsibilities included managing vendor relationships and overseeing best practices for two Philadelphia chapters consisting of both young and seasoned chief executives. Christa's earlier experience includes working as a Meeting Event Manager at Fernley & Fernley, where comprehensive event management was essential, as well as providing administrative support at Nemours/A.I. duPont Hospital for Children. Christa's academic background includes an M.B.A. in Marketing from Wilmington University and a degree in Marketing from George Mason University, complemented by a commitment to competitive rowing at both WHRA and George Mason University from 2002 to 2010.
