Jeremy Martin

Jeremy Martin is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel and compliance management. Currently serving as VP, Corporate Counsel at Freedom Mortgage since January 2020, Jeremy previously held the position of Vice President, Division General Counsel at J.G. Wentworth Home Lending, LLC from 2011 to January 2020, where responsibilities included oversight of compliance, licensing, corporate governance, litigation, and enterprise risks. Jeremy's early career includes roles as an Attorney at McCandlish Holton, PC from 2007 to 2011 and a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Virginia from 2006 to 2007. Jeremy holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Yale University.
