Lisa Petersen

Lisa Petersen, CPTM is the Vice President of Learning and Development at Freedom Mortgage. Lisa has extensive experience in developing and leading enterprise-wide learning programs, collaborating cross-functionally, and implementing coaching methodologies to support leadership development. Lisa has a strong background in sales training, change management, and program management. Lisa has received multiple awards for their performance as a Mortgage Loan Officer and Sales Instructor. Currently, Lisa is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Learning Experience Design & Educational Technology from Western Governors University.
